Fitness background and ways to workout:
After growing up dancing in college, I knew I would have to find a new passion. I took up yoga sculpt and running, eventually completing a couple of 10 milers and 2 half marathons. After my first class at [solidcore], I was obsessed and couldn’t believe how physically and mentally challenging this class was. This was the first workout that leaves me feeling physically and mentally challenged and stronger!!
One thing I’d like the [solidcore] community to know about me:
As a collegiate dancer at the University of Minnesota, I am a 4 time National Champion in both the jazz and pom categories! I am also a 2 time World Champion, winning the gold medals in both the jazz and pom categories at the USA Dance World Competition.
Positive, Encouraging, and Motivating – with a focus on good form! My goal is to encourage people to push themselves past their limits and reach their fullest potential!
