Fitness background and ways to workout:
I found my passion in fitness when I first started college. I decided to specialize in performance training and began coaching as a performance training specialist in Egypt.
I turned to CrossFit/heavy lifting because I fell in love with the feeling of that heavy bar hitting my body. I felt a need to slow it down so I took a turn (the best turn yet) right to [Solidcore] and can’t get enough!!
One thing I’d like the [solidcore] community to know about me:
I have a passion for music; I’m a 2 time piano state champion! For the more fun part of my life, I’m a sucker for adventures! Whether it may be hiking Egypt’s tallest mountain or diving with sharks.
Hardcore, but always with a smile! My goal is to pump you up throughout class with positive vibes and AMAZING music! I go by the concept, “Hate me now, thank me later.”
