[solidcore] coach: Nicole Nelson

Fitness background and ways to workout:

I’m a competitor at heart. It all started with my passion for golf at the age of 7 that made me realize I love pushing myself not only physically, but mentally. Growing up, I always had a passion for fitness. I loved going to the gym, lifting weights, spinning, doing yoga, CrossFit, I’ve tried it all! After I discovered [solidcore], I was instantly hooked. I had never felt more challenged both physically and mentally. I love that each class is different and keeps my muscles and brain guessing. I still incorporate weight training into my routine, but [solidcore] is my main workout!

One thing I’d like the [solidcore] community to know about me:

I’m a wellness and self-development enthusiast! I started my own health coaching business at the age of 25 on a mission to help others discover their happiest and healthiest selves. I also have a passion for creating healthy, vegan recipes! I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and love sharing my creations with others. Don’t be surprised if I bring a post-workout treat once and a while 🙂

I love pushing people past their limits to help them discover their full potential, both physically and mentally. My goal is for you to leave class feeling accomplished and definitely sweaty!
