Fitness background and ways to workout:
Black Belt Certified Nia Instructor; I have been teaching Nia classes, workshops, and retreats at health clubs, studios, retreat centers, corporations, colleges and hospitals, including the Mayo Clinic, since 1999. I am also a certified yoga and Zumba instructor.
Besides [solidcore], I love the Nia Technique which is a dynamic, holistic blend of the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. Anytime I can move and sweat to music I am a happy girl!
One thing I’d like the [solidcore] community to know about me:
I am a personal growth junky. For as long as I can remember, I have loved exploring new ways to understand, enhance and invigorate my life on every level. I love helping others do the same. Nothing lights me up more than learning something new, having a meaningful conversation, reading an inspiring book or passage, hearing a song with a great message, completing a challenging workout or having the opportunity to teach or inspire.
