Fitness background and ways to workout:
I believe fitness is a lifestyle – it has always been an essential part of my life. Over time, the appreciation I have for a wide variety of fitness activities only continues to grow. My favorite workouts in the winter months are hot yoga classes, or really anything indoors. My favorite workouts in the warmer months are hiking, biking, running, walking, swimming, or really anything outdoors. No matter the season, nothing can quite compare to training at [solidcore] year round!
One thing I’d like the [solidcore] community to know about me:
CPA by day, fitness and food enthusiast by night. Other obsessions include traveling with my husband, catching up with friends, the sunshine, and of course all things Halloween.
As a Certified Health Coach, I take an energetic-yet-empathetic approach to coach and motivate you! My goals are for you to break a darn good sweat, focus on yourself for 50 minutes, and ultimately leave class feeling accomplished and proud of what your body can do!
