Fitness background and ways to workout:
Over the years I’ve enjoyed experimenting with various types of fitness. I was a competitive dancer through high school but have dabbled in a few other sports and activities. At one point I played fast-pitch softball, which was great until my fear of getting hit by the ball became very apparent! There was another brief stint where I joined a boxing club and invested in all my own gear, but the enthusiasm quickly wore-off once sparring practice began! Since then I have been able to confidently determine that group classes such as yoga, HIIT workouts, and of course [solidcore] are my preferred methods of fitness.
One thing I’d like the [solidcore] community to know about me:
Have you ever met a Certified Public Accountant who is also a Certified Health Coach? Well now you have! As someone with dynamic interests and skills myself, I am big believer in having multiple passions and developing different skills throughout the course of your lifetime. As a personal coach I love helping others thrive in their everyday lives; whether it pertains to their business, their health, or even just their workout!
My goal is for you to break a darn good sweat, enjoy the music, vibe with my energetic-yet-empathetic coaching, and ultimately feel super accomplished after every single class. There isn’t anything quite like being part of someone’s progression towards a healthier & happier self!
