Fitness background and ways to workout:
3 months into my fitness journey, (which started only a short time ago) I started training for my first marathon, so I guess you could say I either go big or go home! I started cross training at [solidcore] and have been hooked ever since! I am a huge advocate for group training, especially at boutique gyms where there is a community involved. I continue to have a mix of running and [solidcore] in my weekly workouts.
One thing I’d like the [solidcore] community to know about me:
I am a total math nerd at heart. I am a full time Structural Engineer and genuinely love doing anything that relates to the science subjects. I always tell my husband that if we move to the ocean, I am becoming a marine biologist. I am scuba certified and even plan some of my beach vacations around the best scuba diving spots. The ecosystem of the ocean fascinates me and on Sundays you can typically catch me watching some sort of Animal Planet documentary. I told you, total nerd!
All energy! I hope to pump up every person that steps into that studio and push them to be the best they can be. I want everyone walking out that door saying, “Wow, that was a killer workout!”
