Fitness background and ways to workout:
Growing up, I was heavily involved in dance and musical theatre; both of which triggered my passion for movement. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and have coached multiple styles of group fitness; dance fitness, H.I.I.T, treadmill classes, cycling, and [solidcore]. Outside of [solidcore], my favorite way to sweat is either a long run or a cycling class.
One thing I’d like [solidcore] to know about me:
I grew up dancing with the Fargo Moorhead Ballet company and very involved in musical theatre. I am a North Dakota State University grad and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biology.
I’m passionate about providing an effective, yet challenging, class while also having some fun. I’m motivated by music and put time into developing a playlist to match the intensity of the class. I’ll have you leaving [stronger], prouder, and with a smile on your face.
