Fitness background and ways to workout:
Growing up I was a really serious ballet dancer. After college I started getting into other forms of fitness like running and lifting weights. These days I love spin, aerobics, running, biking, sculpt yoga – pretty much anything that will work up a good sweat!
I really find [solidcore] to be a perfect complement to my other activities as it challenges me both physically and mentally in ways I can’t get through my other workouts. I love the intensity and focus on form and technique, which brings me back to my dance days.
One thing I’d like the [solidcore] community to know about me:
I’m a travel enthusiast. In the past two years, I’ve traveled to 13 countries and 36 cities around the world. But with all the amazing places I’ve visited, there’s no place like Minneapolis and nothing like [solidcore].
Energetic. Passionate. Rhythmic. With a little bit of sass here and there. My goal is to motivate everyone in class to push themselves and leave feeling like they accomplished something!
