Fitness background and ways to workout:
Since I was a child I’ve always loved dance, but my love for all forms of fitness really sparked when I was cast as a fitness instructor in a musical. Talk about method acting! My favorite ways to sweat include dance, spin classes, HIIT and circuit training, and of course [solidcore]. I always try to challenge myself and work towards the next milestone, so I love anything that will continue to push me to my limits!
One thing I’d like the [solidcore] community to know about me:
I love music and am a pop culture fanatic! If you’re looking for someone to sing karaoke with, or if you ever want to discuss the newest show on Netflix with someone in excruciating detail, I am definitely your girl!
I was never a cheerleader, but for you I will be! My goal is to make you feel crazy supported every class, because nothing allows you to push yourself quite as well as knowing your supporters have always got your back. I’ll try to make my positivity and playlists the icing on the cake!
