Fitness background and ways to workout:

I’m a born and raised Minnesota girl who has had a passion for living a healthy and active lifestyle since I can remember. Sports and fitness has been a huge part of my life. Growing up, I played basketball and I love all competition! In the past 10 years I have done everything from body building bikini competitions, CrossFit, boxing, spin, barre, pilates, half marathons, full marathons, triathlons, and I love Yoga! I went to [solidcore] the summer of 2016 and was hooked immediately. The efficiency and effective full-body workout changed my body in the best way! I not only wanted to do this workout on a consistent basis but wanted everyone to know about it and share my passion through coaching others!

One thing I’d like the Solidcore community to know about me:

My greatest passion and accomplishment in life are my three boys! I’m always trying to keep up with them and encourage them to live their best healthy life! I want to encourage other moms and dads to be their best self for not only themselves but their children! [solidcore] is the most efficient 50 minutes out of your day just for YOU, so you can go out in your world and be your best self! I never want anyone to be intimidated in my classes. I want everyone to feel welcome and get the most out of their workout!

Coaching style:

My friends would say I am high energy and love to push others to their limit! I want to create a motivating environment always focusing on great form and a strong mindset. I believe in hard work and challenging your mind and body. I always want to leave you wanting more and with a huge smile on your face! I’m there to lift you up, not empty you out!!
