Fitness background and ways to workout:
I first started having a passion for fitness a few years ago. I found myself going to the gym a few times a week with friends and figuring out how great my body felt body physically and mentally after a workout. Workout classes have always been my favorite away to workout… spin classes, yoga sculpt, HIIT, and of course [solidcore]. A few years ago, I went through yoga sculpt teacher training, and totally changed the way I view the fitness company and the human body as a whole.
One thing I’d like the [solidcore] community to know about me:
I am HUGE extrovert (no surprise here). I cherish all of my close family and friends, as they are some of the most important people in my life and made me who I am today. Traveling, going out to eat, game nights, spending weekends up north, are some of my favorite ways to past time.
I want my students to feel pushed in my class but also have a good time. Prepare to feel all the [shakes] when you are with me! Also, of course, while listening to some good music, like Bieber.
